Why the She*t for Brains movement matters to me?
The work that She*t For Brains is undertaking is not only well past due, it is crucial to the success of both individuals and organizations all around the globe. Supporting mental health in business isnโt just compassionate itโs essential for success. We need to normalize talking about mental health. Ensuring that people understand that there is an entire industry behind them will go a long way to supporting people, and also creating a culture of acceptance and support that benefits everyone. Investing in mental health is investing in people, and people are every companyโs greatest asset.
