Jon Bailey is CEO of Precision Proco, a technology-enabled print and packaging group recognised globally for its focus on automation, operational excellence, and people-led growth. With 30 years’ experience in the print and manufacturing industry, Jon has consistently been at the forefront of digital production, data-led operations, and scalable marketing execution, ensuring print remains relevant, valuable, and future-ready.
Under his leadership, Precision Proco has evolved from a traditional local print business into a multi-site, 140+ strong marketing operations group, widely regarded as one of the most innovative print and direct mail production facilities in the world. The business is known for combining advanced automation and AI-driven workflows with a strong culture of accountability, creativity, and continuous improvement.


Alongside Precision Proco, Jon is Chairman of WTTB (Where The Trade Buys) and FOUND, supporting the growth of digitally driven, customer-centric platforms that challenge traditional models and unlock new value across the creative and manufacturing ecosystem. Jon also serves as a Strategic Advisor to Dscoop (Digital Solutions Cooperative), working closely with global brands, technology partners, and industry leaders to help shape the future of print through collaboration, education, and community-led innovation.
